What this service involves
Patios and walls fail from the base up, not the surface down. We excavate to proper depth, compact in lifts, and build walls with the drainage and geogrid the height calls for — which is why our installs still sit flat years later.

Repair or replace?
Here's how we decide on site — and how you can get a good read on it before you call.
A repair is usually enough when…
- A handful of pavers have settled or shifted in one area
- Joint sand has washed out but the base is still solid
- A wall cap has come loose or edging has pulled away
- The surface is sound and just needs cleaning and resealing
It's time to replace when…
- The patio is sinking or heaving across large sections
- A retaining wall is leaning, bulging or shedding blocks
- Water drains back toward the house instead of away
- The original install skipped base prep entirely
