Drains & water heaters
Camera inspections, hydro-jetting and same-day heater replacements.
What this service involves
Slow drains and cold showers are the two calls we get most. A camera tells us whether a drain needs jetting or digging, and a quick set of checks tells us whether a heater is worth another anode rod or a same-day swap.
- Camera inspection with footage you keep
- Hydro-jetting for grease, scale and root intrusion
- Tank and tankless water heater servicing and replacement
- Expansion tanks, pressure valves and permits included in the price
Repair or replace?
Here's how we decide on site — and how you can get a good read on it before you call.
A repair is usually enough when…
- The drain clears fully and the camera shows intact pipe
- The heater is under 8 years old with no tank leak
- Only the thermostat, element or igniter has failed
- Recovery is slow but the tank is sound after a flush
It's time to replace when…
- Water is weeping from the tank body itself
- The heater is past 10–12 years and rusting at the fittings
- Rusty hot water or constant relief-valve discharge
- The camera shows a cracked, collapsed or root-filled drain
